Terms of Use

The agreement between you and LifeLoop. It is short, and written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Last updated: 7 August 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating a LifeLoop account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please don't use LifeLoop. You must be at least 16 years old to use it.

2. What LifeLoop is

LifeLoop is a personal assistant. It plans your day, checks in with you by notification, message and phone call, adapts around what you tell it, and keeps a record of your goals, habits, medication and health as you report them.

3. What LifeLoop is not

LifeLoop is not a medical device and not a healthcare provider. Its health features exist to help you remember, organise and communicate information. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. LifeLoop does not prescribe medicine and will not tell you to start or stop a prescribed treatment. Nothing it tells you is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, nurse or emergency service.

LifeLoop is not an emergency service. Check-ins, escalations and emergency-contact features depend on your device, your network, third-party telephony and push services, and your own settings. They can fail or be delayed. Never rely on LifeLoop as your only safety net. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.

Records you keep in LifeLoop are not medically verified until a qualified professional has reviewed them. An export is a doctor-ready summary, not a doctor-verified report.

4. Your account and your content

  • Keep your login and your vault PIN to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • What you put into LifeLoop stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you — including sending relevant parts to the AI and infrastructure providers described in the privacy policy.
  • Give accurate information, particularly about medication and allergies. The safety checks can only work on what you actually entered.
  • Don't upload other people's personal or health information without their consent.

5. AI output can be wrong

LifeLoop uses large language models. They are useful for conversation, planning and turning a messy week into a record, and they can also be confidently wrong. In the places where being wrong would hurt someone, we do not let the model be the authority — medicines are resolved to a standard identity and checked against a maintained knowledge source and deterministic rules, and important alerts name their source and when it was last checked. Everywhere else, treat what the assistant says as a helpful suggestion you are free to overrule, and correct anything it gets wrong.

6. Calls, messages and notifications

LifeLoop is proactive by design: it will interrupt you, and with your consent it will call you. Each channel is consented to separately and can be switched off at any time in the app. Standard carrier charges may apply to calls and messages. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the assistant can act on what you said; you can turn voice check-ins off.

7. Early access

LifeLoop is early software, currently offered in limited access on Android. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. We will give reasonable notice before making a change that materially reduces what you already rely on.

8. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

  • Break the law, or use LifeLoop to harm, harass or endanger anyone.
  • Attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, or access another person's account.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, except where the law says you may.
  • Use LifeLoop to make clinical decisions for other people.

9. Fees

Any paid plans, along with their price, billing cycle and refund terms, will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay. We will not charge you for something you did not agree to.

10. Ending it

You can stop using LifeLoop and delete your account at any time, and export your record first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk; where it is reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

11. Liability

LifeLoop is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the app for medical, emergency or safety purposes contrary to section 3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
